The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering was established in 2007 with the vision to become a leader in the domain of Electronics and Communication. Accredited by NBA in 2015, the department is supported by a team of highly qualified and dedicated faculty members who deliver quality education with a student-centric approach.
With an intake capacity of 60 students, the department is committed to educating and empowering future engineers to create a smarter and more sustainable world. The department is equipped with requisite infrastructure, modern laboratories, advanced computing facilities, and high-speed internet access which collectively provide an excellent learning environment.
To ensure the overall development of our students, the department organizes various academic and co-curricular activities including workshops, seminars, guest lectures, conferences, industrial visits, and study tours. Beyond classroom learning, students are encouraged to apply theoretical knowledge through hands-on experiments in laboratories and additional facilities like IoT, Robotics, and various hobby clubs.
Students undergo internship training at reputed organizations such as BSNL, SDI, HAL and other industries, gaining valuable real-world experience. Final year projects are carried out within the department under the mentorship of our faculty and industry experts.
We are proud to say that our graduates are well-equipped to manage significant projects in both industrial and research sectors. They are successfully placed in both core electronics companies and leading software firms. The department remains committed to addressing societal challenges through innovation and technological advancement.
