Dear Alumni, GIFT is one of the renowned institutions in Bhubaneswar, be it academic or sports, cultural activities or dedicated service, and you are the evidence of it. Your desire to excel in every field has brought honour to this establishment. You have been privileged to pass through its classrooms and play grounds, in the learning and values you acquired. Ex-GIFTIANS adorn great position and render great service to the country, bearing testimony to quality education that is imparted here. You are a powerful resource for the institution. Thousands of students like you share core values – a commitment to service, a passionate belief to exploit all opportunities at hand to make a positive difference that unites and bonds us. As alumni you have been enthusiastic in your support for bringing our shared values to life. We will put your support to work in ways that will continue to make you proud of this institution.

I would like to praise the multiple roles played by you in the society. Many of you hold the key positions of major influence in the society; I would like to appreciate the efforts being made for the development of our society and your keen participation as well as the support you have always extended towards your Alma Mater.

I believe that GIFT prepares its students to take their rightful place in the society as responsible, productive and useful members. Sparkle and radiate the values you have imbibed from your school. On behalf of my predecessors, I wish you all the best for your endeavour. May you always glow with the Motto that resonates from the time you entered your school: “LET YOUR LIGHT SHINE.”
