Dear Graduands,

Greetings from GIFT Autonomous, Bhubaneswar!

On behalf of GIFT Autonomous, Bhubaneswar, we would like to congratulate you on your success, and also to extend you a warm invitation to attend the *1st Annual Graduation Day for M.Tech,MBA,MCA and BTech 2024 Passout Batch* of GIFT Autonomous, Bhubaneswar, which is to be held on *May 10, 2025* at Conference Hall (Room No-218),GIFT Autonomous Campus.

You are requested to follow the instructions pertaining to your participation in the Graduation Day Ceremony. All graduates are requested to register.

Note:

1. The registration fee is Rs1000/-

   2 .Graduands are requested to follow the time schedule strictly.

3. Only Graduands who register online will be allowed for the Graduation Day Ceremony. Online registration will be available till 01-05-2025.

4. Only 2 members of the family can accompany the Graduands.

5. Those who have fee dues are not eligible to receive the certificate on graduation day.

9.00 Hrs. -10.00 Hrs. Registration (You have to collect your Utariya)

10.00 Hrs.: Reporting to Room no 218 and be sited in the designated sit.

10.30 Hrs. -12.30 Hrs. Rehearsal

12.30 Hrs. -14.00 Hrs. Lunch

14.00 Hrs.: Reporting to the Room no 218

14.30 Hrs. -16.30 Hrs. Graduation Day Celebration

  • All students must report to the Hall-218 at sharp 10am for rehearsal and 2pm for graduation day definitely.
  • Dress code for the Gradation Day: off white Kurta Pajama, Salwar Kameez and Saree.
  • Don’t unfold the Utariya till the end of the ceremony.
  • You don’t have to return the Utariya to the institute.
  • Those who are not attending Rehearsal will not allow receiving the degree on the stage. They will receive it from Chairman Sir after the ceremony is over.
  • You and your family members are invited to the lunch.

INSTRUCTIONS.

1.      Please occupy your seat by 14:00 Hrs..

2.      When the procession enters the venue, please stand-up till members in the procession occupy their seats.

3.      Please stand-up during the University Anthem.

4.      You are requested not to bring children with you.

5.      Please keep your mobile phones switched off or in silent mode during the GRADUATION DAY ceremony.

6.      You are requested to maintain silence while participants receive their degrees.

7.      Until the procession leaves the venue, kindly do not leave your seat for any reason.

8.      The official photographers will be taking photographs which will be made available to all the students after the ceremony.

9.      Therefore, please refrain from taking photographs during the ceremony.

10.   Please stand-up during the National Anthem and continue so, until the procession leaves the venue.
